the grid on the side.

The studio funds a second life. Across two prefectures we operate a small portfolio of solar arrays and a single coastal wind site — maintenance, monitoring, and patient growth. The web work pays for the panels. The panels pay for the next ten years.

Four steps,
eight to twelve weeks.

Listen

Two weeks of conversations, audits and reading. We learn the business before we draw a single rectangle.

Shape

Narrative, structure, art direction. We argue about typography and image style until the foundation is honest.

作る

Build

Design and engineering happen in the same week. Motion is sketched in code, not in After Effects.

Tend
